David Barton
Chair & Director
With over 30 years of experience in health governance and community leadership in the Southwest, David has held roles on the Busselton Hospital Board, as a Shire Councillor in Busselton, and in various arts and cultural activities, including co-founding CinefestOZ. David is also the Director of Multidisciplinary Health Centre, GeoBay Health Centre in Busselton and co-director/co-founder of Rubix Health. He also serves as Chair of Men’s Health not-for-profit MenAble. In addition to these roles, David continues to practice as a part-time physiotherapist.
David’s work spans health services, local government, and men’s health. Notable achievements include the redevelopment of the Busselton Foreshore and the creation of the largest multidisciplinary allied health collaboration in the Southwest at GeoBay Health Centre. He is also proud of his involvement with Man Walk to Western Australia. which now hosts three weekly walks and various community engagement activities.

Prof. Garry Allison
Vice Chair & Director
Prof. Garry Allison is an adjunct Professor in the School of Allied Health at Curtin University and a Director on the Board of Sports Medicine Australia. He mentors university students at Path of Hope in partnership with Perth Rotary and the McCusker Center for Citizenship. Gary studied Human Movement and Education at Sydney University, played and coached water polo in WA, and completed a masters at UWA.
Garry earned his Physiotherapy degree and PhD at Curtin University, leading to roles as Professor in Neurosciences and Trauma Physiotherapy, Dean of Research in Health Sciences, and Associate Deputy Vice Chancellor Research Excellence. An Alumni Medalist at Curtin, he has an extensive research track record, including pioneering clinical trials and system changes in health practices. Now retired, he remains active in not-for-profit directorships, mentoring, and translating research into meaningful health outcomes. He enjoys reading, cooking, walking his dog Jemma, gardening, and he is currently renovating an old church in Toodyay.

Linley (Anne) Donaldson
Company Secretary/ Director
Anne is a seasoned Non-Executive Director and Chair of Finance, Audit, and Risk Committees with over 35 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Specializing in strategic governance and compliance, she has driven organizational transformation and effective grievance resolution across Government, Academic, Clinical, and Not-for-Profit entities.
Currently, Anne serves as a Portfolio Director and Board Member at RUAH, Oseca, Mental Health Foundation Australia, and Child and Adolescent Health Service, while also contributing to Edith Cowan University’s Paramedical Science Consultative Committee.
Linley holds a master’s in health service management from Edith Cowan University and is a Graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors Course and some of her most notable past roles include Inaugural Governing Council Member at North Metropolitan TAFE and Chair of the National Committee of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.

Nebojsha Franich
Director
Nebs is a seasoned business strategist and leader with a strong commitment to community development. With extensive experience in both corporate and for-purpose sectors, Nebs excels in developing data-driven strategies that align with stakeholder needs and organisational objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) and Bachelor of Commerce Honours (Economics) from Curtin University. His expertise spans strategy development, financial stewardship, macroeconomics, risk management, and analytics, which he leverages to drive sustainable growth and organisational resilience.
Nebs has served as a Board Member for the Multiple Sclerosis Society of WA, contributing to the Finance and Audit and Risk Committees, where he provided strategic oversight and strengthened governance frameworks. As Managing Director of Superyou Therapy and Superyou Tech, Nebs shapes the strategic direction, oversees operational performance, and drives innovation and profitability. He adopts a leadership style focused on empowering employees, fostering a highly engaged workforce that delivers exceptional service.

Gordon Trewern
Director
Gordon brings over 30 years of experience in the disability sector across Western Australia and New South Wales. His extensive practical knowledge and deep understanding of accommodation and support services for people with disabilities have been instrumental in his career. Gordon’s seven-year tenure on the National Disability Services Board has provided him with valuable insights into the evolving landscape of disability services in Australia.
Currently, Gordon plays a pivotal role at Nulsen, where he has been a key figure in transitioning from custodial care to community living. He has driven the expansion of services and the development of Nulsen Business Services, always ensuring collaboration with other organizations and government bodies to achieve positive outcomes for individuals with complex disabilities.
One of Gordon’s proudest achievements is a recent project in the Goldfields, supporting a local agency to establish services for people with acquired brain injuries. He is a strong advocate for the National Disability Insurance Scheme, believing it offers a unique opportunity to enhance timely support for people with disabilities.

Dr Parthasarathy Ramesh
Director
Dr Ramesh is a dedicated Specialist Geriatrician and Physician with a rich and diverse career spanning multiple continents. He began his medical journey in India, earning his MBBS degree, and furthered his education in the UK, achieving the prestigious FRCP. His quest for knowledge and excellence led him to the USA, before finally settling in Western Australia, where he earned his FRACP.
In addition to his professional achievements, he is deeply committed to his community. He serves as the President of a Charitable Community Group and has been recognized for his contributions with the Woolworths Community Group Award in 2022. His leadership extends beyond healthcare, having captained sports teams and currently serving as a Councillor.
Outside of his professional life, he enjoys a variety of hobbies including Bollywood movies, indoor cricket, and snorkelling. He is a self-proclaimed cricket tragic and cherishes time spent with family and traveling.

Krystal Laurentsch
Chief Executive Officer
Krystal joined Oseca (GP down south) as the CEO in February 2024. Dedicated to enhancing primary healthcare services within her local community, Krystal leverages her extensive experience and expertise in our CEO role.
Krystal’s career includes significant leadership roles such as CEO of Belong at Home, Global Care Group, and Capecare. She also served as General Manager at South West WA Medicare Local, where she played a crucial role in funding GP down south’s commissioned services until 2015. Additionally, she has held executive roles within Aged Care, Primary Healthcare, and Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs). Since 2021, she has been a Non-executive Director at Patricia Giles Centre for Non-Violence, where she chairs the Clinical Governance Committee. Krystal joined the Board of Harbour (South West Women’s Refuge) in 2024, where she holds to position of Vice Chair.
Krystal holds a Bachelor of Nursing, Post Graduate qualifications in Health Services Management and Clinical Governance from ECU, and a Master of Public Health from CDU. Krystal is currently studying a Master of Professional Accounting through CDU.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her five children and five grandchildren, gardening, and all things basketball.
