Our South West Mental Health Service provides free support for individuals facing mental health challenges.
 
Our services include counselling from highly qualified and experienced mental health clinicians, who are here to listen and help you navigate your journey. We also provide advocacy to ensure your voice is heard and offer referrals to other relevant support services as needed.

Living Healthy Services

South West
Oseca’s Living Healthy services are provided across the South West of WA. The program team partners with individuals living with chronic conditions, improving access to allied health services. Experienced clinicians provide care coordination, promoting self-management.

Down South Aboriginal Health

Collie & Manjimup

At Down South Aboriginal Health (DSAH), we advocate for and assist clients in accessing Primary Health Services. Our team includes Aboriginal Health Practitioners, Transport and Outreach Workers plus administration team members in Manjimup and Collie.

We offer transport and fuel vouchers to support access to appointments, and facilitate health promotion events.

My Health Partnerships

Warren Blackwood

The My Health Partnerships team provide clinical care coordination for individuals with or at risk of chronic health conditions, who face barriers to accessing essential health and wellbeing services.

Our program bridges gaps in the local health system, ensuring improved access to care for the community. 

Nidjalla Waangan Mia

Peel

At Nidjalla Waangan Mia, we provide a health and wellbeing centre focused on supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients in the Peel region.

We offer culturally safe & appropriate services, including general practice, dental care, and allied health, with the goal of improving overall wellbeing and providing community-centered healthcare.

Oseca Peel Health Hub Services

Peel

Oseca operates Peel Health Hub, a ‘no wrong door’ facility for the health needs of young people, adults, families, and carers in the Peel region. 

We have developed a Model of Care to offer Clinical Care Coordination (CCC) to individuals who need help but are unsure which services to access.

Our GP-supported approach focuses on improving mental, social, and physical health to ensure comprehensive care for all our clients.

Growth

Peel

Youth Growth provides preventative mental health support to high schools in the Peel Region, tailored to each school’s specific needs.

The program focuses on building resilient mental health and wellbeing frameworks. Additionally, Youth Growth offers early intervention counseling for young people (ages 12-25) from the Peel Health Hub.

Assertive
Outreach

Peel

Our Assertive Outreach Team provides outreach services to engage Aboriginal youth (ages 12-25) and the broader community in Waroona, Murray Shire, and Mandurah.

We provide essential support for mental health issues and alcohol and drug-related problems, aiming to empower individuals, promote wellbeing, and offer tailored interventions to address these challenges.
