About the program

At Down South Aboriginal Health (DSAH), we advocate for and assist clients in accessing Primary Health Services. Our team includes Aboriginal Health Practitioners, Transport and Outreach Workers plus Administration team members in Manjimup and Collie. 

We offer transport and fuel vouchers to support access to appointments and facilitate health promotion events.

Our team is committed to supporting individuals in need with various health-related services and resources.

  • Advocacy and assistance for attending Primary Health Services
  • Partnering with other agencies to provide
    outreach services in our regionTransport within a 30km radius of Collie and Manjimup
  • Fuel vouchers for eligible clients
  • Basic wound care
  • Otoscopy and audiology
  • 715 Health Assessments
  • Ear irrigation 
  • Health promotion events
Referral pathways

Clients can either self-refer or be referred to
our service. Eligibility is open to anyone who
identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait
Islander. We are committed to providing our
support and services to existing and new
clients in our community.

We welcome people of all age and family
groups, ensuring everyone can access
support and services for moorditj health.

the DSAH team.
