Oseca Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Helen Jones as Chief Executive Officer, commencing 31 August 2026.
Dr Jones brings extensive executive leadership experience across healthcare, aged care, community services, strategy, and organisational transformation. She has held senior leadership roles with Bethanie, MercyCare, and Silverchain, as well as consulting positions with Bain & Company, PwC, and GEM Consulting.
Most recently, Dr Jones served as General Manager Home Care at Bethanie, leading services for more than 2,000 clients across Western Australia and overseeing significant service growth, compliance improvements, and the transition to the Federal Government’s Support at Home reforms.
Oseca Board Chair David Barton welcomed the appointment.
